Warranty Policy

At REGEL, a brand owned by Chitragupta Solutions Private Limited, we are committed to delivering high-performance power solutions. Every REGEL power bank is backed by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase, applicable only on the main device and subject to the terms below.

Warranty Coverage:

This limited warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship

• Electrical or functional failures under normal usage

• Faults in battery performance not caused by misuse

Not Covered Under Warranty:

This warranty does not apply to:

• External accessories, including data or charging cables

• Cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, or external wear

• Products without valid proof of purchase

• Damage due to misuse, mishandling, accidents, water, fire, or power surges

• Unauthorized opening, repair, or modification of the product

• Performance issues resulting from use with unsupported devices

Please Note:

• Input/output ratings of the power bank may vary slightly due to system tolerances.

• For laptop power banks (e.g., PBX102), ensure your device supports USB Type-C PD (Power Delivery) charging. Compatibility is the user's responsibility.

Warranty Claim Process:

To raise a warranty claim:

1. Ensure your product is registered via our Warranty Registration Form within 30 days of purchase.

2. Email our support team at support@regel-lifestyle.in describing the issue and attaching:

   • A valid invoice or proof of purchase

   • Product model and description of the issue

We will assess your claim and guide you through repair, replacement, or resolution — at our discretion and subject to eligibility.

Service & Eligibility:

• Warranty is applicable only within India

• Customers may be required to ship the product to our authorized service centre

• Evaluation and resolution timelines may vary depending on the nature of the issue

Important Notes:

• Warranty is valid only on original REGEL products purchased through authorized channels.

• Chitragupta Solutions Private Limited reserves the right to modify this warranty policy without prior notice.

• Claims without valid proof of purchase will not be accepted.
